Have you got solid duty management knowledge and ready for the next step? You will be required to lead and motivate while overseeing the junior management team and their department. A strong sense of leadership and a positive and friendly attitude is a necessity, while working towards the back of house responsibilities that a general manager oversees. You will begin to learn, Profits & Loss, Sales Forecasting, Financial Budgets, Management training, Compliance, while continually supporting and reporting to the General Manager.
