The Alchemist is a creative cocktail bar and restaurant concept with venues across the UK and Europe. Known for our theatrical cocktails that change colour, flavour, and even disappear. Creating an immersive and unique experience for our guests is at the core of our brand.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Executive to join our team, based in our Head Office in Handforth Cheshire. Your responsibility will be to handle all reservation enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and contribute to the overall sales growth of The Alchemist.

You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with potential returning guests, maximising covers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, activities, and customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to work Saturday's once or twice a month.
