Regional Sales Manager

The Alchemist is a creative cocktail bar and restaurant concept with venues across the UK and Europe. Known for our theatrical cocktails that change colour, flavour, and even disappear. Creating an immersive and unique experience for our guests is at the core of our brand.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, based in London looking after 3 to 4 of our venues. We are looking for a passionate salesperson who will be the face of the business, maximising brand awareness and creating long standing relationships to increase top-line sales.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in sales and business development within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, activities, and customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening events or meetings outside of regular business hours.
