Just tucked away behind Piccadilly Gardens, New York Street is a stone's throw away from China Town, the gay village and Manchester Piccadilly train station. It really is in the centre of everything.

At The Alchemist we pride ourselves on doing things differently. Our drinks menu is mysterious and spellbinding. Our kitchens offer all-day dining with a molecular twist. As a member of our team, you will be provided with industry leading training that will enable you to deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest, every time.
Experience is welcome but isn't essential. We are looking for nice people who are willing to learn and work hard to join our diverse and highly motivated team.
As restaurant support, you will support a smooth service and work alongside the serving team to ensure our guests experience the theatrics of our diverse food and drinks menus.
You will need a keen eye for detail, great communication skills and of course, a passion for delivering excellent service, food and drinks for our guests.
We will provide you with all of the training that you need, but it isn't a walk in the park.
